ICEDEG Registration

Registration for participation in the ICEDEG is now open. The different types of registration are: 

• Regular registration: 550 CHF (Swiss Francs)
• Students' registration: 500 CHF (Swiss Francs)

Paper Submission & Additional Charges

Each regular registration covers up to 2 papers (a maximum of 5 per registrant).

• Paper limits: Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper at 100 CHF per page (depending on the submission type).

Registration Inclusions and Policies – ICEDEG 

• Regular Registration includes access to all technical sessions, tutorials, workshops, panels, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, and the congress banquet during the main conference.
• Student Registration includes all the benefits of a regular registration. Discounted registration fees are available for BSc, MSc, and PhD students. To qualify for the student rate, participants must be enrolled at an accredited institution and provide valid proof of student status (e.g., student ID or official certification letter).
• Paper Publication Policy:
  • An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied by at least one paid regular registration from an author.
  • If all authors are students, at least one student author must register at the regular rate.
• Paper Coverage:
  • Each regular registration covers up to 2 papers (a maximum of 5 per registrant).
  • Additional papers beyond the first two incur a fee of 250 CHF each.
  • Up to two additional pages are allowed at a cost of 100 CHF per page (depending on the submission type).
• Presentation Requirement: ICEDEG reserves the right to exclude a paper from the official conference proceedings and from IEEE Xplore® Digital Library if the paper is not presented at the congress by one of its authors. Important Notes 

• Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one full registration.
• Visa invitation letters will be issued upon confirmed registration and payment (registration@edem-egov.org). 

Conditions for cancellations

• Cancellation Policy:

  • 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made on or before June 15, 2026.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellation requests after June 15, 2026.

• Legal Notice

Substitution Policy:

• Participant substitutions are permitted at no additional cost.
• A substitution request must be submitted in writing no later than 15 June 2026.
• The substitute participant must meet the eligibility requirements of the original registration category (e.g., student status documentation if applicable).
• After 15 June 2026, substitutions may only be handled on-site at the registration desk and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
