ACM Digital Government: Research and Practice
Special Issue on Smart Government Development and Applications
The main objectives of the Special Issue are as follows: first, to share the theoretical advances and practical cases of smart government applied in the academic and public sectors, as well as industry; second, to discuss the progress and challenges in innovative smart government service design, implementation, and delivery pipelines. The special issue calls for contributions from representatives of governments, international organizations, and researchers around the globe on technical and non-technical aspects of smart government, smart health, smart and cognitive cities, smart democracy, smart society, and digital ethics.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
All submissions should adhere to the ACM Digital Government: Research and Practice guidelines (dl.acm.org/journal/dgov/author-guidelines), that includes the manuscript template files. Prospective authors are invited to submit their manuscripts of different types electronically by the deadline listed above. Please submit your papers through the online review system (mc.manuscriptcentral.com/dgov) and be sure to select the “Special Issue on Smart Government Development and Applications” option for the paper-type. We expect 10-15 papers to be featured in this special issue.
