Sandro Jimenez

Sandro Jimenez is founder of the Platform KolaborAccion; PhD in Political Studies, Master of Social Development, Master in Educational Sciences and Industrial Engineer with Deepening Integration of Information Technology. Professional with 18 years experience, including 14 years of experience in social science research, with extensive experience in project design, international resource management, research training and knowledge management. Sandro is also the Academic Coordinator of Inter-American Network on eGovernment (RIF-GE).

Enrique Mafla

Enrique Mafla is Professor in the Faculty of Systems Engineering from the Naciona Polytechnic School (EPN), Quito, Ecuador. Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from Purdue University, W. Lafayette, USA. Make teaching and research on the Internet, computer security and voting systems. ICT Consultant for public and private companies.

 

Denys Flores

Denys A. Flores  is a Computer Systems Engineer from the National Polytechnic School (EPN), Ecuador. Denys holds a MSc. in Computer Forensics from the University of Derby, United Kingdom. He has a strong background and experience in software development and business intelligence. Currently, he works for the Department of Informatics and Computer Sciences (DICC) of the EPN, and provides consultancy services in Computer Forensics and IT Security. His research interests are money laundering detection, digital forensics, network security, e-discovery, cyber ethics and information technology management.

 

Joel Vogt

Joël Vogt  is a teaching assistant and PhD student at the University for Fribourg, Switzerland and at Hasselt University, Belgium. He obtained his diploma in business information technology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in 2005, and his M.A. in information management from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, in 2008. His main research interests include software engineering, storyboarding and knowledge management.
