Title: The Use of Online Services in Cambodia

Target Audience

This workshop on online services in Cambodia focuses on Cambodian citizens and residents who want to use technology to improve their daily lives and businesses. This would cover a wide range of individuals, including first, entrepreneurs and business owners who want to improve their audience and improve their operations by using online platforms for marketing, sales, and customer service. Second, Young Professionals and Students: People who want to stay up to date on technological trends and develop digital literacy skills, which are becoming increasingly important in today's workplace. Third, Educators and trainers: Anyone involved in education or training who wants to put digital resources and tools into their teaching methods. Last, Professionals working in government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) who want to improve service delivery and communication by connecting with citizens and communities through online platforms. 

Importance of Topic

The proposed topic is related to conference topics because both are about E-Government or digital government and how to use technological communication components, such as computer systems and the Internet, to provide public services to citizens and other individuals within a country or region.

Mr. Thay Sinachettra is a senior official of the Phnom Penh Capital Administration System. He is in charge of managing and supporting online services in the administration area that are made for citizens. In his academic career and graduate work he focused on citizens’ engagement and online service management.
