All manuscripts should be written in English and submitted in PDF format. The review process is peer review and double-blind; authors' names should not be included; only accepted papers will be requested to include names. There are three paper submission categories:

All submissions to the ICEDEG will be handled electronically in PDF format and should be prepared according to the standard double-column IEEE proceedings format. Additional information about formatting and style files are available at (we highly recommend the use of LaTex template instead of MS Word):
Authors must consider that all papers will be checked with plagiarism software, and the editorial team will consider rejecting directly the manuscripts with problems. We recommend authors check the following information from IEEE regarding plagiarism and double submission.
