Prof. Tim Weingärtner holds a professorship at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, specializing in Blockchain, Smart Contracts, and Self-Sovereign Identity. As vice president of DIDAS and president of the DEC Institute, he contributes significantly to digital identity, data sovereignty, and blockchain education. Tim obtained his PhD in medical robotics at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany, and worked for over 15 years in the Swiss financial industry. 



Prof. Rolf Rauschenbach holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of St. Gallen. He is an Information Officer E-ID for the Federal Office of Justice of Switzerland. Before that, he was working– among others– as Chief Sales Officer at Procivis AG. His research interests cover the digital transformation of democratic institutions and public administration.



Daniel Säuberli serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Movos, focusing on revolutionizing health and care through technology. He champions digital and data sovereignty, leading efforts at TRUST SQUARE and DIDAS to enhance digital trust and privacy. As President of DIDAS, he steers the organization towards empowering digital identity. His career is marked by a strong entrepreneurial drive and extensive experience in sales and strategy roles across various international corporations.




Vasily Suvorov is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer and Technology Strategy Advisor with over 20 years of experience creating and bringing new and emerging software technologies to international markets. He has a strong passion for the potential of new technologies and focuses on identifying real-world problems they can help solve. One of his key areas of focus is data privacy and personal data control. He initiated the founding of DIDAS– Digital Identity and Data Sovereignty Association, a Swiss non-profit, multi-sectoral organization that is driving the adoption of the SSI (self-sovereign identity) principles and technologies in Switzerland in close collaboration with industry, research, NGOs, and governmental stakeholders.
